Cynthia 2 years ago on Keowee key resident- I just had to write up a great review for the Duckett Plumbing business out of Anderson team ! these guys got it done as promised!! If your looking for a skilled , professional, reasonable plumber that really cares …
These guys are awesome. I called and they were on it the next day. We had a water line installed from home down to dock, had a sewer leak, a toilet running, a hot water heater installed and low water pressure. They repaired everything. All the employees were so kind and done more that what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend this company to do a great job.
Nate an Kevin came out last month and did an amazing job replacing my well setup. They was here fairly quick and got the job done same day. Definitely recommend them for any an all plumbing aspects.
Daen Campbell 2 years ago on My son recently inherited a 1945 mill home from his grandparents. The home needs a complete rehab, but we were looking to make it livable until the spring. It’s in a very small town and plumbers willing to take the job are limited. From the very first phone call late on a Friday afternoon about a big water leak, to the completion of the job, Duckett Plumbing exceeded my expectations. These guys are so knowledgeable. They provided me with solid options based on our needs and budget. Wayne was the best! He completed all the work on our very necessary bathroom fixes. New toilet, new shower fixtures and new shower surround. He’s thoughtful of his work and provided the best customer experience. He went so far above and beyond what was requested.
Great work! 10/10 recommended. They came in, respectful, did the job in a timely manner, extremely fair priced, cleaned up the site and was out of our hair in great time. Thankful for my new well setup!
Michelle Reece a year ago on We needed plumbing work done soon and they were able to come to the house the same day and completely finish the work that needed to be done. They came after 6:00 pm pumped the septic tank and made a baffle and was done properly around 8:30 pm. We are very pleased with them!!!!
Will and Nate were.so knowledgeable and quickly assessed and diagnosed our issue with our water pressure. In addition, they provided helpful advice for troubleshooting should future issues surface. They were timely and professional and the prices were reasonable. We will call on them for future services.
I had a leak in my kitchen free standing ice maker, of course, on a Sunday night at 7:30pm. The leak was substantial and I was in a panic! I called Duckett Plumbing because their website said that they would respond to urgent situations. I …
Karla Kidd 5 months ago on Nate was super respectful and helpful on fixing our pressure reducing valve. Would recommend him to do future jobs.

Disposal questions
Common questions about garbage disposals.
Many problems are quick to fix; some mean it’s time for a new unit.
Why does my disposal hum but not spin?
Usually something is jammed or the motor is stuck. Switch it off and never reach inside. A technician can clear or repair it safely.
Should I repair or replace it?
It depends on the problem and the unit’s age. You’ll hear the options and the pricing before deciding.
Can you install a new disposal?
Yes. Duckett installs new garbage disposals and connects them to the sink drain.
Why is my disposal leaking?
Leaks often come from the sink connection, the drain line or the dishwasher hookup. The inspection finds which one.
Will I know the price before work starts?
Yes. You’ll review the repair or the replacement and the pricing before any work.
